A new Russian aerial work platform distributor has been formed by Sergey Chunin and Dmitry Pankin, both of whom previously held senior management positions at a major Russian dealer and rental company.

VERTEX is the official Russian distributor for a number of aerial platform and lifting equipment manufacturers including Maber, Bravi, Barin, Iteco, Unic, NiftyLift, Oil&Steel and JLG. Also it will manufacture truck mounted hydraulic lifts in cooperation with ST-Nizhegorodets - one of the largest Russian manufacturers of commercial vehicles.

The company operates across the country and has 116 service centres operated in conjunction with ST-Nizhegorodets.

Vertex told Access International that rental might be a venture for the future, but currently the company is focusing on sales.
