TVH Parts Co. has purchased C-Tech Industries, LLC. C-Tech is a manufacturer of electronic joystick controllers and components for the access and industrial equipment industries. TVH is a distributor of replacement parts and supplies for the material handling and industrial equipment industries.

C-Tech will serve as a manufacturing division of TVH and will continue to focus on the products it is known for.

"With the acquisition of C-Tech, we will increase our manufacturing capabilities for the industrial equipment market," said Pat McLaughlin, TVH president. "We are excited to have the C-Tech staff join our team. They have a wealth of product knowledge and industry experience and we look forward to the collaboration of our teams in the coming months."

C-Tech was founded in 1999 by Greg Greene. C-Tech is located in a suburb of Cincinnati, OH where it will continue to manufacture products.

"We believe the addition of C-Tech will offer considerable advantages and opportunities to all customers, furthering the one-stop-shop experience we have provided to our customers for over 45 years," said Greg Greene, C-Tech’s general manager. “C-Tech has always taken pride to design and build quality products. C-Tech will now be able to bring more innovative quality products to the customer with world-class support through TVH."
