Top speakers at IPAF Summit
By Murray Pollok19 February 2021
IPAF’s Summit will be integrated with the online IAPA awards on 18 March and will feature high profile speakers from access, rental and construction.
Opening the session will be Suzannah Nichol, CEO of Build UK, the largest contractors organisation in the UK, who will highlight how the UK’s construction sector has responded to the Covid crisis.
Søren Brogaard, CEO of Trackunit and Peter Douglas, CEO of IPAF, will discuss the new ePAL digital Powered Access Licence.
“The presentation will highlight the benefits and why we are launching this game changing ePAL initiative”, said Douglas.
“We will run through the functionality of the App and finally discuss wider opportunities to improve safety in the industry with some potential future releases and developments.”
The topic of sustainability in the access industry – focusing on both equipment and rental services – will be covered by a round-table with Karel Huijser, General Manager and VP EAME of JLG, Pierre Boels, CEO of Boels Rental and President of the European Rental Association, and Norty Turner, Senior Vice President – Services at United Rentals.
The online format will mean that the speakers will be alternated with three separate award ceremonies. For more details, visit www.iapa-summit.info
