It was just over a year ago that Access, Lift & Handlers interviewed Jim Koontz, president of Michigan-based rental company Aero Lift, about the state of the telehandler rental market and Covid-19’s impact on independents. Koontz and his team had worked for over a decade to re-invent and diversify AeroLift’s business model – which in turn played out favorably for the company as the global pandemic struck.
