Kiloutou buys GAM's Polish business

By Murray Pollok03 November 2017

Kiloutou has expanded its Polish business with the acquisition of the Polish subsidiary of GAM, the Spanish rental company.

The deal – for an undisclosed price – adds GAM Polska’s four depots and more than 40 employees to Kiloutou’s existing Polish business. GAM Polska’s fleet comprises around 400 machines, dominated by aerial platforms.

Xavier du Boÿs, CEO of Kiloutou, said; “Since 2013, Kiloutou has gradually established itself as one of the leaders in equipment rental in Poland by developing through internal growth, branch openings and acquisitions. This transaction will continue this dynamic and strengthen our position in this market.

“In line with the acquisitions made this year of Cofiloc in Italy and CTC de Maquinaria in Spain, it illustrates KILOUTOU’s international development strategy aimed in particular at consolidating our positions in high-potential markets.”
