Ergonomically designed harness

25 March 2008

The Revolution Harness has been developed to meet key, user–identified needs providing 11 features that offer workers more in comfort, fit, ease–of–use, style, durability, compliance, flexibility and more. This Miller Fall Protection full–body harness features the PivotLink Connection, which is a rotary design that provides greater comfort in bending/mobility. Its light–weight aluminum and stainless steel construction resists rust/corrosion. The harness has an integrated accessory system that provides connection points for belts/tools/accessories and designed to distribute the weight of accessories across the hips and shoulders.

The ErgoArmor Back Shield minimizes impact from sharp/heavy snap hooks and self–retracting lifelines. It has an oversized back D–ring for easy fastening and to minimize any “false” connections. Its inner webbing is made with a soft nylon that won't scruff against the skin; its outer surface is made of a chemical–resistant polyester is built to withstand rugged job site elements. Tested at 7,000 pounds minimum tensile strength, the harness meets all applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA requirements.

“Employers find their workers will more readily and properly wear a comfortable harness, leading to increased safety and regulatory compliance,” says Tracy Lang, senior global product manager for Miller Fall Protection, Bacou–Dalloz.
