Deutz Power Center Midwest expands

10 July 2018

Deutz Power Center Midwest (DPC Midwest), located in North Kansas City, MO, has added the entire state of Kansas to its coverage area, which also includes Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois and Northern Indiana. DPC Midwest now offers products and services from five locations and has expanded its number of employees by 40 percent.

“I’m very excited about our most recent expansion,” said Dominick Vermet, general manager of Deutz Power Center Midwest. “Now, we have our main hub facility in North Kansas City, and we also have a Deutz service center in St. Louis, as well as our newest service center in Chicago. Our man-in-a-van mobile units are assisting customers out of Omaha, NE and Great Bend, KS. With highly trained staff in these five locations, I’m confident we cannot just meet, but exceed, customer expectations.”

Deutz Power Centers provide application engineering and technical sales resources closer to smaller and mid-sized machinery manufacturers that utilize Deutz products. Manufacturers can receive custom, value-added production and assembly services for their engine specification and configuration needs. Power Center customers can also purchase new Deutz engines powered by diesel fuel or natural gas, as well as Deutz Xchange remanufactured engines. Meanwhile, Deutz Service Centers provide regularly scheduled maintenance, emergency Deutz engine service, and genuine Deutz parts and fluids to customers, dealers and qualified OEM dealers with Deutz-powered equipment.

“Our expansion in the Midwest makes it easier for our valued OEMs and end users to quickly get the Deutz products and services they need,” Vermet said. “As always, our goal is to continue offering the best support, products and services available in this industry. We now have 24 employees, and as we continue to grow, we plan to add more technicians and other job roles. It’s all about helping our customers be more productive.”
