Cloverdale Equipment becomes authorised Magni dealer
29 June 2021

Construction equipment provider Cloverdale Equipment Co. has been appointed by Magni Telescopic Handers as its authorised dealer for Michigan.
Established in 1963, Cloverdale is an employee-owned company that offers rental, sales and maintenance services for MEWPs, cranes, trucks, compressors and forklifts from a range of manufacturers – including Versa-Lift, Skytrak, JLG, Genie and Manitowoc’s National Crane subsidiary.
The family-run firm’s new authorised dealer status will see it provide Magni telehandlers and parts from its two Michigan branches in Metro Detroit and West Michigan.
Todd Moilanen, CEO of Cloverdale, said, “Magni’s line of rotational and high-capacity telehandlers will make a great addition to our rental fleet.
“Our customers will be able to use them in many applications, adding accessories like forks, winches, and platforms, and the 360° rotation will give them multi-function capabilities in a 3-in-1 machine.”
Cloverdale’s new agreement with Magni also covers the Greater Cleveland area in Ohio and Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.

Joe Leinwol, Chief Sales Officer at Magni, said, “There is a huge opportunity for our RTH and HTH lines in the regions Cloverdale serves, and we are excited to work with them to build their Magni business.
Cloverdale, which appointed Mark Pohlman as its new CFO in May of this year, has spent the past several months growing its Magni equipment fleet.
Its offering now includes the manufacturer’s HTH 10.10 and HTH 16.10 high capacity telescopic handlers, a number of rotating models – such as the RTH 5.25, RTH 6.30 and RTH 8.25 – and Magni’s Romaster rotating fork carriage, jibs, lift hook and work platform attachments.
Leinwol added, “With nearly 60 years in the equipment business Cloverdale represents everything Magni could ask for in a partner, offering superior service and support to their customers.”
