Change in Cramo management

Finnish rental company Cramo has appointed Aku Rumpunen as its interim CFO, afer Martti Ala-Härkönen resigned.

Mr Rumpunen joined Cramo in 2012, and since 2013 has worked as senior vice president of group business control, and as member of the group management team. Cramo said a search for a permanent CFO had begun.

It said Mr Ala-Härkönen, who joined Cramo Group as CFO in 2006, resigned to pursue other opportunities outside the company.

CEO Leif Gustafsson said, “Martti has played a significant role in developing Cramo to the leading player we are today both in his capacity as CFO and as member of the group management team.

“As we are now going into the next strategic phase, we have jointly agreed that this is a good time for a change.The search for a new CFO will be initiated immediately and during the interim period Aku Rumpunen will take over as CFO to secure the continuation."
