Booking open for IAPAs & IPAF Summit 2022

By Euan Youdale15 September 2021

Registration is open for the 2022 International Awards for Powered Access (IAPAs) and IPAF Summit, both taking place in London, UK.

IAPA and IPAF Summit 2022

The pair of prestigious events will be hosted at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel, Kensington, London, on 10 March, next year.

The 2021 Summit and IAPAs were held as a digital event, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with 2022 marking the first time they will be held as in-person events since 2019.

Organised by Access International and IPAF, the IAPA awards are now open for entries and offer 13 categories, including a new one for 2022 – the Sustainability Award, which is open to companies from the industry that demonstrate a leap forward in environmental engagement. The deadline for entry is 1 December 2021.

In addition, IPAF will hold a networking event at Illuminate, based at London’s Science Museum on the evening prior to the Summit and IAPAs. A site visit, planned for 11 March, the day after the IAPAs, will be confirmed shortly.

Peter Douglas, CEO of IPAF, said, “In 2020, the event was postponed and this year we switched to a digital format owing to the pandemic. We are overdue a physical get-together to enjoy high-quality presentations, face-to-face networking and to celebrate the IAPAs winners. We hope people are looking forward to this as much as we are.”

Murray Pollok, editorial and events director, KHL Group, commented, “We hope this will mark a memorable return to in-person events. Please see www.iapa-summit.info to book your place and take advantage of the special earlybird discount.”

The overall theme of the IPAF Summit, powered access site visit and the IAPAs judging panel will be announced shortly.

● Please visit www.iapa-summit.info for more details and announcements, including awards categories and entry forms, and to register as a delegate at the earlybird rate.
