Spider climbs Denver condos

Three high rise Denver condos create interesting challenges for Spider.

Spider, a division of SafeWorks LLC, has supplied Park Lane High Rise Condominiums in Denver, CO with several of its U-shaped swing stages to allow maintenance personnel to refurbish the exterior of the buildings. The condos' protruding balconies had created access challenges which called for innovative lift techniques. In the middle of its second year on the condos, Spider also is rigging all the equipment throughout the numerous relocations required on the project.
