Sinoboom has begun work on a major new headquarters and manufacturing facility in China.
The Sinoboom Intelligent Manufacturing Park will be built close to Changsha city on a 1.2 million square metre area, and will house the company’s new headquarters, an R&D and logistics support centre, and three production plants for boom lifts and scissor lifts.
The project was officially launched on 29 October, at a ceremony attended by Sinoboom’s chairman Steven Liu and senior officials from Changsha’s Ningxiang High-tech Zone management committee, where the new facility will be based.
It follows a period of rapid and sustainable growth, said Sinoboom, which has been in its current base at the Ningxiang High-tech Zone, close to Changsha, since 2013.
“With this investment in cutting-edge technologies, Sinoboom is establishing a world class home for the accelerated production of premium MEWP equipment”, said the company.
