Enter the IAPA photograph of the year competition

By Euan Youdale20 December 2021

There is still time to enter the Photograph of the Year category in the International Awards for Powered Access (IAPAs) 2022.

Taking place at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel, Kensington, in London, UK, on 10 March, the 2022 ceremony will mark the first time the IAPAs & IPAF Summit have been held as an in-person event since 2019.

There has been a fantastic response to the IAPAs, with more than 160 entries received from across the access industry for 12 of the 13 award categories. The deadline has now passed for those 12 categories, however entries are still being accepted for the Access Photograph of the Year award, with the deadline being 28 February 2022.

The access photography competition is sponsored by UK film and TV rental specialist Media Access Solutions (MAS), which will donate the €1000 prize: €750 for first place, €250 for second place.

Judges will be looking for a spectacular shot that highlights an important aspect of safety or dynamic use of access equipment. The award is open to everyone working in the access industry. Entries should not include pictures commissioned for PR and marketing purposes. The entry form can be found at the IAPA awards website, here.

All 13 award categories will be judged by an independant panel of leading industry experts. For a summary of all the IAPA award categories and for booking information, visit the IPAF Summit and IAPA event website.

The IAPAs and IPAF Summit take place on the same day and are organised by Access International and IPAF. More information on the speakers for the Summit will follow in the New Year.
